Draft — not yet reviewed by a lawyer
This is a starting draft, not a finished legal document. Have a lawyer review it — particularly the liability and user-content sections — before treating it as binding or publishing it as final. Remove this notice only after that review.
Terms & Conditions

Acceptance
By creating an account or using Cyeber.ai, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The detection library is not a guarantee
Community-submitted detections, threat entries, and AI-generated content reflect the judgement of their contributors (or, for AI features, the output of a language model) — not a warranty that any detection will catch a given threat, or that a threat assessment is accurate or complete. You are responsible for validating anything you deploy in your own environment before relying on it.
Content you submit
You retain ownership of detections, comments, and other content you submit. By submitting content to the public community library, you grant Cyeber.ai and other users a licence to view, use, fork, and download it within the platform. You're responsible for having the right to share whatever you submit — don't submit content you don't have rights to.
Acceptable use
Don't use Cyeber.ai to submit malicious code, harass other users, misrepresent yourself or your organisation, or attempt to access data or accounts that aren't yours. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.
Third-party integrations
If you connect a third-party tool (e.g. Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel) to your organisation's workspace, you're responsible for having authority to connect it and for complying with that provider's own terms.
No warranty, limitation of liability
Cyeber.ai is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. [This section in particular needs real legal drafting — appropriate liability limitations vary significantly by jurisdiction and by what a court will actually enforce, and getting this wrong could leave you with no real protection despite the words on the page.]
Changes to the service
Cyeber.ai is under active development. Features may change, and we'll do our best to avoid breaking changes to data you've already submitted, but this isn't guaranteed during this early stage.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. [Specific state/territory jurisdiction to be confirmed with legal review.]
